Technical Services Manager

Established London Main Contractor delivering complex commercial refurbishment and commercial fit out are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join the expanding team.

You will manage a £10m MEP package on a £30m Cat A and Cat B fit out.

The Role

• Lead MEP design management from preconstruction to delivery
• Chair design coordination meetings
• Manage technical submittals and RFIs
• Oversee drawing reviews and buildability resolution
• Develop commissioning and handover strategy
• Manage O and M documentation
• Support subcontractor tender evaluation
• Work closely with Project Lead and Planner on programme

Experience Required

• Commercial fit out or refurbishment experience
• Experience working on listed or technically constrained buildings desirable
• Main contractor background preferred
• Strong preconstruction exposure
• Mechanical or Electrical building services qualification
