Salter Grange is partnering with an innovative international Engineering company specialising in Mission-Critical projects across Europe and beyond, recruiting a CX Manager to join a busy Hyperscale division across Mainland Europe with a particular focus on Central Europe.

The ideal CX Manager will have a track record in project delivery and extensive knowledge of complex Mechanical and Electrical systems, preferably in Data Centres.

With a full order book for several years, this role offers significant opportunities for a capable Project Commissioning Manager to contribute to the growth and expansion of the Business Unit.

CX Manager Responsibilities:

* Oversee all commissioning activities on-site, including planning, management, and project closure.

* Manage a team of direct reports.

* Supervise the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.

* Provide regular progress reports internally and externally.

* Lead weekly commissioning meetings and guide weekly commissioning activities.

* Facilitate daily whiteboard meetings on commissioning.

* Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the Main Contractor and clients, reporting weekly progress.

* Develop the Project commissioning schedule in collaboration with project planners.

* Ensure accurate tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using site Labor Allocation Tracker sheets, issued daily.

CX Manager Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

* Relevant technical and Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or industry-recognised qualifications

* Experience working for a reputable MEP contractor or General Contractor
