Freelance Site Manager – Tottenham – Window Installation Project (March Cover)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a drylining client on an exciting window installation project in Tottenham. This is a temporary position covering the full month of March, offering the opportunity to work on a well-organised, fast-paced construction site.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed to the required standard and schedule

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workforce

*

Maintain high standards of health and safety on site

*

Monitor progress and report updates to the client

*

Ensure all documentation, records, and reports are accurately maintained

Requirements of the Site Manager:

SMSTS certification is essential

*

Previous experience managing construction sites

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Available for the full month of March
