The role & about the client:
ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a reputable groundworks construction company. This client is a groundworks specialist, supplying services from 278 works to general infrastructures. They are looking for someone to join the team with Groundworks Housing experience as this is for a project with a National House Builder.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and company H&S policies 
Produce and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and method statements) 
Plan and coordinate daily groundworks activities 
Liaise with main contractor/ client regarding progress and logistics
Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and tolerances 
Maintain quality records and as built information
Monitor labour, plant and material costs 
Assist with valuations and progress reporting 
Attend site meetings with the client and principal contractor
Provide regular progress updates to Contracts Manager etc
Maintain site records and permits 
Supervise site staff and maintain productivity on site  The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant tickets- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
Experience working on a Groundworks residential site 
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team
Proactive, detail-orientated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
