HV Authorised Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager – HV Authorised Person (Up to 132kV)

Location: Sellafield (with potential placement on alternative projects during clearance process)

Duration: 12–18 Months (Initial Contract)

Overview

We are seeking an electrically biased HV Authorised Person (up to 132kV) to support ongoing works at Sellafield. This is a site-based role requiring five days per week on site. The successful candidate does not need to hold Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status.

Accommodation and a company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operate as an Authorised Person for HV systems up to 132kV

*

Carry out and oversee HV switching operations

*

Issue and manage Permits to Work (where applicable under company rules)

*

Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in compliance with site procedures

*

Liaise with site teams, engineers, and project stakeholders

*

Support safe system of work implementation and compliance

Requirements

*

Authorised Person status up to 132kV

*

Strong electrical bias with HV experience

*

Experience working within regulated or high-security environments (desirable)

*

Ability to work full-time on site (5 days per week)

*

Eligible and willing to undergo Sellafield P4 clearance
