Project Manager – High End Residential

CRG is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading London-based specialist in high-end residential renovation. Renowned for delivering bespoke refurbishments, meticulous craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery, they bring clients’ visions to life with precision and flair across heritage townhouses, contemporary penthouses, and projects valued £1-£5m.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept to handover—ensuring exceptional quality and a streamlined client experience. You will coordinate contractors, manage budgets, monitor programmes, and uphold exacting standards across multiple high-value sites.

Typical projects load £5-6m in value, i.e. 2 smaller projects or 1 larger project.
