Site Agent

My client are a regional civil engineering business. They are looking to onboard a site agent to help deliver a project within the water sector for a valued client. My client operate heavily across the South-east across the water, highway and commercial sectors.

Site agent responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

* Managing subcontractors.

* Producing look ahead programmes.

* Material take off and checks.

* Writing and amending RAMS.

* Site diaries.

* Weekly assessments and inspections.

* Managing health and safety compliance.

* Liaising with the client.

Site agent requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management.

* CSCS card.

* SMSTS.

* First aid.

* TWC/ AP – Desirable.

* Proven experience in a site agents role.

* Experience within the water sector.

* IT literate.

* Strong communication skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
