Location: Cambridge & surrounding areas
Salary:  £42,000+ DOE & Quals
Contract: Full-time Permanent  – Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services company for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Maintenance team. The role covers both static and mobile contracts across the Cambridgeshire area.

Key Responsibilities

Air conditioning installations
Carrying out remedial repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of refrigerant systems
Fault finding, diagnostics, repair and maintenance of AC systems
Inspection, testing and commissioning of new and existing installations
Working collaboratively with Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities teams
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

Experience within facilities maintenance or a similar environment
F-Gas qualification
Installation, commissioning and fault-finding experience
Ventilation experience
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge relating to HVAC systems
Knowledge of air source heat pumps (or willingness to upskill)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and to deadlines
A full UK driving licence
