Architectural Technician

Rate: £25-30/hr (Outside IR35, payable via Limited Company or Umbrella)
Contract Length: Initial 6 months (with potential extension)
Project: Large-Scale Leisure Development

We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a leading architectural practice on a contract basis in Central Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale leisure project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
– Work across RIBA Stages 4-6.
– Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs.
– Utilise Revit to develop technical details.
– Solve technical challenges and coordinate design solutions efficiently.

Requirements (ideally you will have):

– Proven experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist on large-scale projects.
– Proficiency in Revit (essential).
– Experience in leisure, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects is advantageous.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
