Project Manager – Residential Developer Location: Near Maldon (Heybridge area), Essex Salary: £75,000 – £82,000 + package

A busy national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of secured work across Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a new residential development near Maldon.
With multiple live and upcoming schemes in the region, this is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career progression, and the chance to take full ownership of a flagship volume housing project.

The Role

Full project responsibility from site setup through to completion
Managing Site Managers and subcontractors on a large-scale housing scheme
Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
Controlling budgets, reporting progress, and ensuring delivery targets are met
Working closely with Commercial and Technical teams to ensure smooth deliveryAbout You

Proven experience as a Project Manager within volume housebuilding
Background delivering large residential schemes for a national or regional developer
Strong leadership and programme management skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or equivalent)
Stable career history within residential constructionWhat's on Offer
