Project Manager – Residential Developer
Location: Near Colchester (Clacton-on-Sea area), Essex
Salary: £75,000 – £82,000 + package

Due to continued growth and a strong land bank across the region, a leading national housebuilder is seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on a major residential development near Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for its consistent build programme and high-volume output.

The Role

Leading the delivery of a large-scale residential development from inception to handover
Managing multiple Site Managers and site teams
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
Maintaining high levels of health & safety and site compliance
Liaising with internal departments and senior management on progress and performance
About You

Strong track record in volume housebuilding at Project Manager level
Experience delivering multi-unit housing developments for a national or regional developer
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
Commercial awareness and programme control experience
Package
£75,000 – £82,000 basic salary
