Site Manager
The Company
This Site Manager’s role is with a large property services company within their principal contracting division. The client pool is made up of blue-chip clients to which they deliver fit out, refurbishment and M&E upgrades with values between £10,000 – £3M.
The Role
* Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
* Resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Experience of working in a live professional environment
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Computer literate
* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
