Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large commercial office fit-out project on a 12–16 week contract.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership on site, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to Health & Safety and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all site trades

*

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

*

Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times

*

Maintaining programme and quality standards

*

Keeping site tidy and well organised

*

Taking a hands-on approach where required

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects

*

Strong knowledge of site Health & Safety

*

Ability to drive programme and manage subcontractors effectively

*

Hands-on attitude and team-focused approach

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred/required – amend as needed)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is happy to lead from the front.

Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
