Their portfolio includes new builds, refurbishments, workplace schemes, zero-carbon homes, and specialist external works packages.

Directors remain hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional standards, strong client relationships, and a high level of repeat business.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

This is a key role within a collaborative team environment, where quality, professionalism, and problem-solving are central to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure full compliance on site

*

Work closely with the Commercial and Pre-Construction teams

*

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and design teams

*

Oversee quality control and ensure works meet required specifications

*

Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against key milestones

*

Coordinate external works packages including:

*

Window replacements

*

Stone repairs

*

External decorations

*

Landscaping

*

Support delivery of broader residential and commercial construction schemes

*

Ensure resident and stakeholder management is handled professionally on live or occupied sites

*

Maintain accurate site records and reporting

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential and/or commercial construction

*

Experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects

*

Strong understanding of external works packages

*

Confident managing live environments and stakeholder-sensitive projects

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

*

Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified

*

Proactive, solutions-focused, and quality-driven
