Our client is a well-established, family-run specialist contractor delivering large-scale industrial roofing and cladding refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects predominantly across the Midlands and Northern regions (with occasional travel further afield).
This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in commercial/industrial cladding and roofing refurbishment, who is confident managing site operations, specialist installation teams, and live refurbishment environments.

Competitive salary of up to £55,000
Hours 7am to 3pm (can be flexible if needed)
23 days plus 8 days bank holidays

Role responsibilities:
Managing cladding gangs and subcontractors on live industrial refurbishment site
Overseeing day-to-day site operations from set-up through to completion
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Coordinating site logistics including deliveries, access, plant, and materials
Acting as the main point of contact on site for operatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitoring productivity and maintaining program deadlines
Upholding strict health & safety and quality standards on site
Supporting with site documentation, reporting, and compliance
Managing works on occupied and live industrial environments
Essential skills & experience:
Proven experience as a Commercial Site Manager, preferably within industrial roofing & cladding
Strong experience managing cladding and roof refurbishment projects
Background working on large-scale commercial or industrial sites (NOT domestic or standard new-build cladding)
Ability to manage multiple site logistics, programmes, and installation teams
Confident running sites independently with minimal supervision
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
