Project Manager – Cladding Remediation

Salary: Up to £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Package

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £14m cladding remediation scheme at The Linx & Ingenta Building in Manchester. This is a high-profile, safety-critical project involving the removal and replacement of external wall systems, ensuring full compliance with current building safety regulations and fire safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a complex remediation project from pre-construction through to handover, working with a collaborative and professional team.

Role

As Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading all on-site operations and project delivery

* Managing subcontractors and specialist cladding contractors

* Overseeing programme management and reporting

* Ensuring strict compliance with building safety and fire regulations

* Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication

* Controlling project costs and commercial performance

* Chairing site meetings and driving progress

* Maintaining health & safety excellence across the project

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience managing façade or cladding remediation projects, ideally within occupied residential or mixed-use buildings.

Essential

* Proven experience managing £10m+ construction projects

* Strong knowledge of cladding remediation and façade systems

* Excellent programme and stakeholder management skills

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card)

* Strong commercial awareness

* Ability to lead teams and drive performance

Desirable

* Experience delivering projects under JCT contracts

* MCIOB or equivalent professional accreditation

* Experience working on high-rise residential schemes
