We are seeking an experienced Repairs Manager with a background in responsive repairs. You will lead a multi-skilled team to deliver high-quality works, strong first-time fix rates and excellent customer satisfaction, while managing budgets and ensuring full health and safety compliance.
You will also oversee complex cases including disrepair and insurance claims, manage subcontractors, and use performance data to improve efficiency and value for money.
