Site Manager

My client is a leading main contractor specialising in new build projects up to £30m across the commercial, education and retail sectors. I am assisting them with their requirement for a Senior Site Manager on a freelance basis for approximately 6 months to work as No2 Manager on a new build commercial development, value £15m in Chingford.

This role is for an immediate start and the successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Main contractor experience is essential and a track record of delivering similar value schemes would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Reporting to the Project Manager
* Site Management including managing subcontractors and site staff on all build packages
* Client liaison
* Control and maintain work progress
* Health and Safety
