Planned Works Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Planned Works Supervisor to join an expanding team in Portsmouth, overseeing social housing planned works and void properties across the region.

As a Planned Works Supervisor, you will:
Oversee planned maintenance works and void refurbishments within social housing properties
Supervise and coordinate a small team of multi-trade operatives
Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation and company policies
Monitor quality of workmanship through regular site inspections
Manage materials, deliveries, and stock control
Plan and control job timescales to ensure deadlines are achieved
Oversee allocation and use of company vehicles
Liaise with tenants, clients, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Produce reports and maintain accurate records of progress and performance
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Planned Works Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor, or Maintenance Supervisor within social housing
Strong knowledge of planned works and void property processes
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to manage trades teams and subcontractors effectively
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
