Site Manager – Permanent | West Yorkshire | £50k – £55k + Package
We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager on behalf of a reputable local contractor who specialise in delivering healthcare projects across West Yorkshire
With a turnover of c£20m and an expanding order book driven by recent new project wins, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and established company
Responsibilities;
Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor progress against programme and budgets
Report regularly to senior management on site progress
Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative environment
Resolve any issues or delays swiftly to keep projects on track
You will need;
Proven experience as a Site Manager within main contracting environments
Capability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience delivering healthcare projects is desirable
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
Proactive problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
