Kingston Barnes are recruiting a Site Manager in Wiltshire. We are looking for candidates with both new build and refurbishment experience with a background in principal building contracting on mixed use projects.

Our client is a top award winning regional contractor with a strong presence throughout the South-West. They have an excellent track record of delivering quality building projects in a vast array of sectors with project values ranging from £2m-£8m. They predominantly work throughout the South-West but typically within 1 hour of Wiltshire.

They are looking for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis to deliver a newly awarded project. In order to be considered for this position you must have a proven track record working for a regional contractor as a number one Site Manager, delivering both refurbishment and new build projects. A can do attitude and strong work ethic is required as well as an excellent communication skills, especially face to face with clients.

Essential health & safety qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
