We're working with a dynamic, design-led residential developer delivering high-quality, characterful homes across the South Coast. With a strong secured pipeline and continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Site Manager who wants more than just a job — someone looking for genuine progression.

The Role
Supporting the Site Manager, you'll be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of site operations, gaining hands-on exposure across the full build lifecycle.
You will:
Assist in managing subcontractors and direct labour on site
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Coordinate trades to drive programme and productivity
Support inspections, snagging, and handover processes
Deliver toolbox talks and manage inductions
Oversee materials, logistics, and site organisation
Maintain site documentation and reporting You won't just be shadowing — you'll be given real responsibility and the opportunity to grow into running your own site.
About You
Experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or Senior Supervisor within residential construction
Solid understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations
Ambitious and keen to progress into a Site Manager role
Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-led mindset
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid Why Apply?
