A highly regarded and prestigious London developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering a residential block on a flagship new build development in Wapping.

The Role
You will be the Project Manager responsible for managing one residential block from early construction through to completion and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
You’ll work closely with the Construction Director, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery on a major multi-block scheme.
Key Responsibilities

Full management of a residential block on a large-scale development
*
Overseeing Site Managers, subcontractors, and trades
*
Managing programme, cost control, and quality standards
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance across the block
*
Liaising with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
*
Managing logistics and coordination on a busy London site
*
Driving the project through to successful completion and handover
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering RC frame residential blocks
*
Experience working for a reputable main contractor or developer
*
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and residential delivery
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage programme and subcontractor performance effectively
*
Stable work history on comparable London projects
