Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee hard services / building services contracts across Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with a hard FM background to take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and high levels of client satisfaction.
The client is also open to speaking with experienced Supervisors or Senior Engineers who are looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role and take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of hard services contracts in line with KPIs and SLA agreements
*
Manage operational teams including engineers and supervisors
*
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety legislation
*
Take responsibility for contract financial performance, including P&L management
*
Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies
*
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
*
Attend client meetings and provide performance reporting
*
Manage variations, additional works, and lifecycle planning
*
Drive service improvements and operational best practice
*
Support mobilisation of new contracts where required
Requirements
*
Proven experience within a hard services / building services environment
*
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager OR a Senior Supervisor ready to step up
*
Strong technical understanding (M&E, HVAC, electrical or mechanical services)
*
Experience managing engineers and operational teams
*
Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets or assisting with P&L
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
*
Excellent communication and client management skills
*
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
*
Experience within Facilities Management or building services contracts
*
IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
*
Relevant technical qualifications (electrical or mechanical)
