Project Manager – Cladding Remediation
London & South East
Our client, a well-established principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation and façade regeneration schemes, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound projects across London and the South East.
This is a senior position within the business, offering full project ownership and the opportunity to lead high-value remediation contracts from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the delivery of contracts to time, quality and budget. They will lead site-based teams and subcontractors while working closely with commercial, health & safety, design and procurement departments.
Key responsibilities include:

Producing, managing and monitoring detailed project programmes and budgets
*
Line managing Site Managers and Assistant Managers
*
Coordinating labour, materials and procurement to ensure programme compliance
*
Managing subcontractors and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
*
Working closely with the commercial team to control costs and variations
*
Ensuring compliance with H&S legislation, RAMS and company procedures
*
Overseeing QA/QC processes and maintaining accurate project records
*
Leading client, stakeholder and resident meetings
*
Managing resident liaison and resolving issues effectively
Requirements
*
HNC or equivalent in a construction-related discipline
*
SMSTS & CSCS
*
Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and First Aid
*
Strong experience delivering cladding / EWI remediation projects
*
Proven ability managing multi-million-pound façade schemes
*
Strong programme management skills (including critical path analysis)
*
Commercially aware with strong cost control capability
*
Proficient in MS Project, Excel and Office
