A leading £150m turnover MEP specialist with a strong reputation across Central London is looking to appoint a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a £22m MEP package on a flagship project.

This is a senior, project-leading role within a stable, well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured London work.

The Role

*

Commercial lead on a £22m MEP project

*

Full cost management from procurement through to final account

*

Subcontractor procurement and management

*

Variations, change control and cost reporting

*

Client liaison and commercial reporting to senior leadership

*

Working closely with Project Director and Commercial Director

About You

*

Proven experience delivering large MEP packages (£10m+)

*

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

*

Experience working for an MEP contractor or specialist subcontractor

*

Confident managing projects independently

*

London project experience preferred
