Job Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor (Residential)

Location: Oxfordshire (Regional Office & Sites)

The Role

Join a Tier 1 Residential Deveoper managing the commercial lifestyle of multiple active traditional build housing developments. Become part of a growing business with long term opportunities to build a career!

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement: Manage tenders and appoint all sub-contract trades.

Cost Control: Produce monthly CVRs and manage site budgets.

Valuations: Assess on-site progress and certify sub-contractor payments.

Variations: Negotiate "extras" and finalize accounts post-completion.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in residential development (Traditional Build).

Education: Degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying.

Skills: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in software.

Drive: A "site-active" mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency and delivery.
