Senior Project Manager
A highly respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager within their specialist healthcare and life sciences division. This Senior Project Manager will lead complex NHS refurbishments, private healthcare facilities and laboratory environments. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary client interface, overseeing high-value schemes within live clinical settings.
The Senior Project Manager will operate across full project lifecycles, from strategic brief development and business case support through to construction delivery and handover. The Senior Project Manager will lead procurement under NEC and JCT forms of contract, often via two-stage tender routes or public sector frameworks. You must have prior construiction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager will manage multidisciplinary design teams, oversee compliance with HTM and HBN standards, and control programme delivery in live environments. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for stakeholder coordination across estates teams, clinical leads and external contractors. Project values typically range between £10m-£60m.
The 'Senior Project Manager'
The successful Senior Project Manager will hold a construction-related degree and be chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM). A proven track record delivering healthcare or life sciences schemes within a consultancy environment is essential. Strong NEC contract knowledge and public sector framework experience are highly desirable.
