Site Manager – Cleanroom Build Project
Bedfordshire | April Start | £320-£350 per day | 8‑Month Contract
We are supporting a specialist cleanroom refurbishment project in Bedfordshire and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on an initial 8‑month contract, starting in April.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a cleanroom build/refurbishment, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme. This position requires someone who has previously delivered controlled‑environment, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, lab, or similar technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all on‑site activities
Manage and supervise subcontractors
Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and site safety protocols
Monitor progress against programme and report to project leadership
Maintain high quality standards throughout the cleanroom refurbishment works
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within cleanroom or controlled‑environment construction
Strong subcontractor management background
Solid knowledge of HSE and on‑site safety management
Ability to deliver technical refurbishment or fit‑out projects
Available to start in April
