Lead Mechanical Shift Engineer | Flagship Central London Site

Location: Central London

Salary: £61,000 + Overtime + Benefits

Shift Pattern: Continental (Days and Nights)

Are you a technical expert who thrives under the bright lights of high-profile environments? We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Shift Engineer to take the helm at one of London's most iconic flagship developments.

The Role

As the Lead Engineer, you'll balance hands-on technical mastery with site leadership. You will be the first point of contact for complex mechanical failures and the mentor for your shift team.

Technical Oversight: Manage and maintain large-scale plant equipment, including commercial HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, and pressurized systems.

Incident Management: Act as the technical lead during critical plant failures, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.

Compliance & Safety: Oversee L8 water hygiene, pressure vessel inspections, and RAMS for sub-contractors.

Leadership: Supervise a small team of shift technicians, ensuring all PPMs and reactive tasks are completed to "flagship" standards.
