Synergy Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a dynamic team on a residential housing project in Romsey, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing residential construction projects and a passion for delivering high-quality builds. This is a small project between 4 to 6 units bespoke

Key Requirements:

Proven experience on residential construction projects

*

SMSTS certified (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

Valid First Aid certification

*

CSCS

*

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

*

Ability to manage subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure safety compliance

Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and project specifications

*

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

*

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

*

Support the delivery of a safe and efficient construction environment
