Reactive Maintenance Manager

I am currently working alongside an established public sector client who are looking forward to welcoming an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager to their team based in Reading.

Job Description:

Reactive Maintenance Manager
Salary- £43,482 – £46,079
Managing a team of eight trades individuals to ensure all tasks are completed.
Managing the on-call rota.
Lead, supervise and motivate DLO trade teams to ensure reactive maintenance work.
Line manager for DLO reactive trades, maintenance assistants and apprentices.
Ensure sickness and holiday are covered within your rota.
Support the delivery of efficient yet professional maintenance.
Maintain all training records for your team.
Liaise with all levels of in house staff plus sub contractors.
Additional £3.800 PA available through on-call which will be one in 7/8 weekend.
Flexible working available.
Manage work flow.
Ensure your team adhere to correct procedures for completion.
Place orders and approve invoices in line with guidelines.
Record and recharge your work to each appropriate budget holder.
Be proactive in maintaining and promoting a secure and safe working environment for all individuals.
Carry out audits of staff and contractors.
35 HR working weeks
42 days annual leave, inc bank holidays.
Monday – Friday
