An award-winning principal contractor that focuses on delivering complex industrial projects in Europe are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Supervisor who is keen to progress through the ranks and further their career in a company known for its career progression opportunities. Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the company’s new flagship projects in Frankfurt.

With the order book full for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Electrical Supervisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of all on-site electrical works in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme requirements

• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

• Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures

• Manage inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems

• Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and method statements

• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and project teams

• Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager

• Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning & Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings

• Maintain accurate site documentation including RAMS, permits, quality records, and daily reports

• Support procurement and material management to ensure timely delivery of equipment and components

• Drive a strong safety culture and promote best practice across the site team

• Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs related to electrical packages

• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, CSA, commissioning teams) to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Data Centre experience is desired but not essential

• Previous commercial and installation experience essential

• Degree qualified or trade background considered

• 5+ years’ experience on critical infrastructure projects in a supervisory or management role

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems within commercial or mission-critical environments

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
