MRICS Project Manager
A growing and director led high end project and cost consultancy based in Greenwich are searching for a talented MRICS Project Manager to join their team, who brings experience delivering the full lifecycle of schemes across the ultra-prime residential sector.

The MRICS Project Manager will be joining highly supportive and innovative project management consultancy that have are renown for delivering high quality schemes in the ultra prime residential sector. The MRICS Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which includes both new build and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £10m-£250m.
The MRICS Project Manager role:
The MRICS Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The MRICS Project Manager will be joining a construction consultancy consisting of the project director, 5x associate directors, 4x senior project managers and a team of junior project managers, commercial managers and senior commercial managers.
The MRICS Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for:
Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Arranging meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements:
Experience working for a UK construction consultancy
Ultra prime residential sector experience
A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) preferred or working towards
BSc/MSc Project Management
Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
Good awareness of pre and post contract stages
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:
£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holiday
