Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer (Freelance Contract)
Location: Enfield (Social Housing Project)
Rate: £18.50 per hour
Contract: 3 Months (with option to go permanent)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a social housing refurbishment project based in Enfield. This is a freelance contract position offering £18.50 per hour for an initial 3-month period, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

This is a key position acting as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring clear communication and a smooth delivery of works within occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between residents and the site team
Provide clear communication regarding planned works, schedules, and access requirements
Arrange and attend resident consultation meetings
Manage and resolve resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Support vulnerable residents and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions
Work closely with site managers and project teams to ensure minimal disruption
Carry out pre-start visits and post-work satisfaction surveysRequirements

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or refurbishment projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally
Good administrative and IT skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence (preferred)What’s on Offer
