Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Harrogate

Salary: In the region of £30-37,000 DOE

Develop architectural designs, technical information and detailed Revit models for retail and logistics projects
Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation to support planning and construction stages
Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and project stakeholders
Ensure design output complies with relevant UK technical standards and client requirements
Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination
Support BIM workflows and maintain model accuracy at all stages
Assist with technical design problem solving and quality controlIdeal Candidate

Architectural Technologist with several years' post‑qualification experience working in practice
Proven proficiency in Revit as current primary software- 100% capability expected
Relevant experience delivering retail and/or logistics projects is a strong advantage
Strong technical design ability and understanding of UK building regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
