Site Manager – Demolition

North Wales

DCS currently seek a Site Manager on behalf of a leading demolition contractor to lead operations on a major nuclear power station project in North Wales.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day to day site operations and workforce supervision
Ensure full compliance with nuclear site regulations and HSE legislation
Manage subcontractors, plant, and materials
Lead site health & safety, RAMS, and quality control procedures
Liaise with clients, regulators, and senior management
Deliver works on time and within budgetRequirements

Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Site Manager within demolition (nuclear or highly regulated environments preferred)
SMSTS (essential)
CCDO (preferred)
Strong understanding of HSE and environmental compliance
