A progressive architectural studio in Gloucester is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction
* Develop construction packages, specifications, schedules, and technical details
* Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
* Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery
* Troubleshoot technical challenges at all RIBA stages
* Utilise Vectorworks and ArchiCAD to produce high-quality technical documentation

Candidate Requirements

* Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent practical experience
* Experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical understanding of building construction, detailing, and regulations
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential
* Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
