Temporary BIM Manager – London & South East Projects

An immediate requirement has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to support digital delivery on a portfolio of major residential and mixed-use developments across London and the South East. This is a temporary assignment focused on maintaining programme momentum, ensuring compliance, and driving coordination standards across live projects.

This role is suited to a hands-on BIM professional who can step into an active project environment, provide leadership, and ensure consistent, high-quality digital outputs.

The Role

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and workflows across live projects
• Lead model coordination on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes
• Oversee clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination reviews
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 requirements
• Produce, review, and manage BIM Execution Plans
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams

About You

• Proven BIM leadership experience within building services
• Advanced Revit (MEP) capability
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
• Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Able to quickly integrate into established project teams
