Permenant Asbestos Surveyor – Scotland (Edinburgh & Glasgow)

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support ongoing domestic and commercial projects across the Edinburgh and Glasgow region. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented professional looking for consistent, ongoing work with competitive day rates and flexibility to suit your availability.

We can accommodate varying schedules; however, 5-day availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys

*

Undertake sampling and accurate site data collection

*

Produce clear, comprehensive survey reports

*

Ensure full compliance with HSG264 and current UK asbestos regulations

*

Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor

*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification

*

Strong knowledge of UK asbestos legislation and HSE guidance

*

Experience in both domestic and commercial environments

*

Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
