Aztrum is delighted to be working with a dynamic, forward-thinking architectural practice delivering innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors in London.

The practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of multiple fire remediation projects across different phases, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile schemes within a supportive and technically driven environment.

Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

Assist in the management and technical delivery of multiple fire remediation projects across various stages, ensuring compliance and quality throughout RIBA Stages 4–6.

Oversee the development of technical design packages for high-rise and multi-occupancy residential buildings requiring remediation works.

Support project delivery across several live sites, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure progress aligns with programme requirements.

Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key technical point of contact and providing clear project leadership where required.

Oversee and mentor project teams, offering technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring effective collaboration across disciplines.

Produce and review detailed drawings and technical information to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery in line with fire safety and building regulation requirements.

Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

7–10+ years’ experience in UK residential architecture, ideally with exposure to fire remediation, high-rise, and multi-occupancy buildings.

Proven experience overseeing large-scale or complex projects, with strong technical knowledge and package delivery experience.

Practical, delivery-focused technical skill set with excellent understanding of UK building regulations, fire safety requirements, and construction methodologies.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Proficiency in Revit; additional technical software skills are an advantage.
