Site Manager – Roof Repairs – Social Housing

I'm working with a large, well-established contractor delivering social housing refurbishment works. The contractor operates across a range of sectors including new build housing, social housing refurbishments, and commercial projects.

They are seeking a Site Manager to oversee roofing repair works across occupied social housing properties in Nottingham.

The Role:

Day-to-day management of roofing repair and refurbishment works

Coordinating subcontractors and roofing teams on site

Supervising works within occupied residential properties

Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with programme

Monitoring quality of workmanship and signing off completed works

Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams

Maintaining site paperwork including daily diaries, H&S records, and progress updates

Key Requirements:

Previous experience managing roofing works within social housing contracts

Experience working within occupied properties

Strong understanding of health & safety requirements

Good communication and organisational skills

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid (essential)
