We’re working with a well-established and growing principal contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across South Wales. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the Cardiff region.

This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest commercial and quality standards.

Duties include:
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to handover
• Managing and supporting Project Managers and site teams
• Ensuring programme, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained
• Monitoring commercial performance alongside the commercial team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Leading progress meetings and reporting to senior leadership
• Managing risk, compliance, and overall delivery strategy
• Supporting bid and pre-construction activity where required

The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up) within a main contracting environment. You will be commercially aware, process-driven, and confident managing multiple schemes across varying sectors.

Experience delivering projects in the £10m–£40m range is preferred, with a strong understanding of regional market conditions in South Wales.
