Location: Leiston / Suffolk (Hybrid/Site-based options)
Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 + £5k Car/Travel Allowance + Substantial Package

We are representing a Tier 1 Global Consultancy currently scaling their site-based commercial team for a multi-billion pound New Build Nuclear Power Station in Suffolk. This is an opportunity that's offering a front-row seat to the UK's Net Zero transition with a well regarded name within the UK's infrastructure sector.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will sit at the heart of the project's commercial engine. Working in a high-performing, collaborative environment, you will manage massive work packages and ensure contractual gold-standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading on NEC3/NEC4 (Option C) contract management.
Managing high-value payments, cost reporting, and complex change management.
Acting as a key bridge between the Client, Main Contractors, and a sophisticated global supply chain.
Identifying commercial risks early and implementing robust mitigation strategies.The Requirements
We are looking for ambitious commercial professionals who thrive when working on large scale, complex heavy civil engineering projects. To be considered, you'll need:

2+ years of post-grad experience within a PQS (Consultancy) or Tier 1 Main Contractor environment.
Proven track record in Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Utilities, or Power.
Robust understanding of NEC3 or NEC4 suites.
Exceptional client-facing skills-you must be comfortable navigating complex project board meetings.
You should live within a commutable distance of Suffolk or be willing to stay locally 3 nights per week (subsistence/travel support available).
Must be eligible for BPSS/SC Clearance.Why Join This Team?
