Our client, a leading contractor, is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to support a strong pipeline of projects across Glasgow, Rothesay and Ayrshire. With immediate and upcoming start dates available, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-value schemes across multiple sectors.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated M&E projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary client contact, you will lead project teams and manage all commercial and technical aspects of delivery under NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical installations in line with programme and NEC requirements
*
Oversee health & safety, quality assurance and compliance
*
Control project costs, variations and change management
*
Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor on valuations and forecasts
*
Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners
*
Monitor and report on contract progress
*
Lead commissioning, handover and client training
*
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
About You
*
Proven track record delivering commercial M&E projects (£100k–£4m)
*
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
*
Relevant Building Services qualification
*
Demonstrable leadership and team management experience
*
Commercially astute with strong IT skills (Excel, MS Project, Word)
*
Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
