Location: Worthing, West Sussex / Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £45,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Hunters’ client is seeking an experienced Planned Works Project Manager to join their Asset Team and deliver high-quality planned maintenance and major works programmes across its housing portfolio.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.
Planned Works Project Manager – The Role
Manage planned maintenance and major repairs projects from inception to completion
Lead procurement, tender processes and contract administration
Oversee contractors, consultants and stakeholder relationships
Monitor budgets, financial reporting and cost control
Ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards Planned Works Project Manager – The Fit
Recognised Project Management qualification (essential)
Proven experience delivering planned works for a social landlord
Strong contract management and financial oversight skills
Good understanding of building construction and technical standards
