£70,000 – £90,000 + 15% contractual bonus + Package

Are you an Associate or AD level Building Surveyor with a strong TDD experience? 🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence, project monitoring and project-led instructions across commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors

* Manage and develop client relationships with a commercial focus

* Lead or contribute to projects with values up to £150m

* Provide professional advice and maintain client-facing responsibilities across varied instructions

✅ Requirements

* Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related subject

* MRICS Chartered with considerable post-qualification experience

* Strong project experience and/or experience in TDD and/or project monitoring

* Effective communication skills and client-facing capability

💰 Salary & Package

* £70,000 – £90,000 basic salary (DOE)

* 15% contractual over-target bonus
