Project Manager (Prime Residential)
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded super prime residential developer specialising in the delivery of bespoke, luxury homes of exceptional quality. Their projects are design-led, detail-focused, and built to the highest standards, working with leading architects, consultants, and specialist subcontractors. With a strong pipeline secured, further high-value projects are scheduled to commence following completion of this scheme.
The Project
A £3.5 million luxury private residence based in Sevenoaks, Kent. The scheme is a high-specification, bespoke home with an anticipated programme of 18–24 months. The build will involve premium materials, complex detailing, and a strong emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and finish.
The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of the project from inception through to completion. You will manage all on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with consultants and the client team, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
This role offers long-term progression, with the opportunity to move onto upcoming super prime residential projects within the developer’s growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage the full construction programme

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and specialist trades
*
Maintain strict quality control throughout all phases of the build
*
Monitor budgets, variations, and cost reporting alongside commercial teams
*
Chair and attend site meetings with clients, architects, and consultants
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
*
Manage project timelines and proactively mitigate risks
*
Lead and motivate site teams to achieve programme milestones
Requirements:
*
Proven experience delivering high-end or super prime residential projects
*
Strong technical understanding of bespoke residential construction
*
Experience managing projects valued at £2m+
*
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
*
Ability to manage demanding clients and high expectations
*
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
