Magenta Recruitment are recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer for a family run building maintenance company based around the Dartford, Kent area.

The ideal applicant would be someone willing to travel across the Southeast of England in areas such as London, Kent, Essex and Sussex.

This role will involve:

* Delivering planned and reactive maintenance work

* General maintenance such as door handles, locks, hinges, fencing repairs/replacement, patch repairs, painting, tap repairs, leaks, etc

* Covering multiple sites

* Completion of job and reactive task sheets.

* Respond to task allocated by the helpdesk

* Following H&S procedures

* Representing the company positively

* Ability to work independently

Required:

* CSCS Card

* Full clean UK driver’s license

* Basic Carpentry, Plumbing and Decorating skills

* Good communication skills

* Health and safety awareness

* 5 years’ experience in general building trade

6 Month’s probation period

40 hour week (8 hour days)

Salary range: £35,000 – £38,000 (OTE + £40K – £45K)
