£100m High-rise Student Accommodation Scheme

33 storeys with 2 basement levels

Levels 5+: Student accommodation

*

Currently progressing through Gateway stages

*

PCSA in place – about to commence procurement of key packages

*

Stage 4 design to be finalised

*

Site start scheduled for summer

The Role

*

Reporting into a Contracts Manager (operating as a visiting Project Director)

*

Key involvement during PCSA and Stage 4 design completion

*

Supporting procurement of major packages

*

Playing a key role in setting up logistics strategy and construction programme

*

Working closely with the pre-construction team to ensure smooth transition to site

*

Supporting early sequencing, methodology, and delivery planning

*

Transitioning into site-based Project Manager once construction commences

Ideal Candidate

*

Strong high-rise RC frame experience

*

Experience on complex residential or student accommodation schemes

*

Exposure to slipform cores and high-rise logistics preferred

*

Experience managing façade / unitised cladding packages advantageous

*

Pre-construction and PCSA experience highly desirable

*

Strong programme, sequencing, and commercial awareness

*

Confident leader capable of driving delivery on a £100m+ scheme
